1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdt223 ("bdt223", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the bdt223 website, all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and any other services provided by bdt223 (collectively, "the Platform").

• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the Platform or any related service operated by bdt223.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order, legal restriction, or other impediment that would prevent you from doing so.

4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or joint Accounts is strictly prohibited. If bdt223 detects multiple Accounts held by the same individual — identified by, but not limited to, name, date of birth, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or phone number — all associated Accounts may be suspended and any pending withdrawals frozen pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You must notify bdt223 promptly if any registration information changes. bdt223 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details. All Account credentials, including username and password, are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account credentials.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

bdt223 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal is ৳200. bdt223 does not charge internal deposit fees; standard transaction fees imposed by your payment provider may apply and are outside bdt223's control.

All funds on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. bdt223 shall not be liable for losses arising from currency conversion rate fluctuations.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same Account, unless bdt223 has approved an alternative method in writing following a verified request.
• bdt223 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks, including source-of-funds verification, prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 9:00 PM BST (UTC+6) on a given day will ordinarily be processed within 1–24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• bdt223 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network operators, or banking institutions.
• Any attempt to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit already used in gameplay will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
• bdt223 reserves the right to set Account-level deposit limits at its absolute discretion to support responsible gaming obligations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bdt223 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements at the expiry of the time limit will be forfeited automatically.
• Real Money balance is used before Bonus Funds in all gameplay unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms.
• bdt223 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account prior to the modification.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim promotions repeatedly, using low-risk or matched betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications are not automatically excluded from promotions; however, they may not receive personalised bonus notifications.

7. Your Key Obligations

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of Account balances.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and the overall layout and look and feel of the Platform — is the property of bdt223 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without express prior written permission from bdt223. Screen recording, automated data scraping, or systematic extraction of odds or game data is expressly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

bdt223 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. bdt223 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions, interruptions to game rounds caused by connectivity issues on the Player's side, or errors in game results subsequently corrected by the relevant game provider in accordance with certified RNG audit logs.

11. Account Closure & Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting bdt223 support. Upon closure of an Account in good standing, any verified Real Money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard verification and withdrawal processing procedures. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

• bdt223 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct detrimental to the Platform or other Players.
• Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach, bdt223 may withhold the entire Account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, pursue civil or criminal remedies.
• bdt223 may also close the Platform to Players in specific jurisdictions at any time in response to changes in applicable law, without incurring liability to affected Players beyond the return of verified Real Money balances.

12. Governing Law & Miscellaneous

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including their existence, validity, and termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled amicably through bdt223's internal dispute resolution process.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of bdt223 to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bdt223 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

bdt223 may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party at any time, provided that such transfer does not result in a reduction of the rights guaranteed to you under these Terms. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party.
